Tiffini is a Bay Area native whose extensive background in mental health and education has allowed her the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles to individuals of all ages, learning levels and disabilities.  Tiffini strongly believes in promoting diversity, equity and social inclusion, while advocating for the increased acceptance of neurodivergence and individuality.  Tiffini’s “knack” for mentoring, motivating and empowering underserved populations continues to fuel her passion for ensuring that every individual has an opportunity to acquire and sustain self-sufficiency. 

Tiffini came to CIL to assist in the enhancement and support of those who desire to live independently with freedom and dignity!

During her free time, Tiffini loves appreciating nature’s beautiful scenery.  She also enjoys writing poetry, watching indie foreign films and period dramas.
