*UPDATE: This event is turning out to be very popular! We look forward to seeing all who can attend to learn about over-the-counter hearing aids and personal listening devices.

We know members of our community can have very limited energy, time or extra resources, so we want to be clear: Hear Well, Age Better is just a small, pilot study.

Unfortunately, not everyone who qualifies is necessarily guaranteed to be accepted into the study, because of the limited budget of the study.

The pilot study aims to measure whether hearing improvement leads to greater social connectivity.

This event is still a great opportunity to learn about over-the-counter hearing products for people with low-to-moderate hearing loss, and to receiving a hearing screening.

And the more people who express their interest in hearing products, the better CIL can advocate for access to such products in the future! So feel free to email mkanninen@thecil.org or call 510-841-4776.
